Marriage Evaluation
The evaluation below will help you determine the basic health of your marriage and whether or not our A New Beginning Seminar might be right for you. Rate each statement on a 1 to 9 scale where:

1= not at all
5= moderately
9= extremely so

Use intermediate points on the scale to indicate intermediate levels of feelings.
